Abstract
In light of recent studies that link COX-2 up-regulation to colorectal cancer, research is being performed to explore the potential of metal NSAIDs as anti-cancer agents with enhanced gastroprotective properties. The stability, toxicity and cellular uptake of BiNSAIDs towards HCT-8 human ileocecal colon cancer cells are presented.
