Abstract
In vivo antitumor activities of DBDFT (dibutylbis[2,6-difluoro-N-(hydroxy- < κ > O) benzamidato- < κ > O]tin(IV)) against mice S180 and H22 were tested. The dosages of each sample were 0.0, 2.5 and 5 mg/kg for normal low and middle dosage groups, respectively. Positive DDP group was that with cisplatin as positive contrast drug.
