Abstract
► Ceruloplasmin-associated copper is drastically brought down in mice fed with AgCl. ► The cisplatin uptake into organs is modulated by holo-ceruloplasmin level. ► Cisplatin induces an increase in the copper level and serum oxidase activity. ► The AgCl treatment reduces cytotoxicity of cisplatin.
