Abstract
⺠Ceruloplasmin-associated copper is drastically brought down in mice fed with AgCl. ⺠The cisplatin uptake into organs is modulated by holo-ceruloplasmin level. ⺠Cisplatin induces an increase in the copper level and serum oxidase activity. ⺠The AgCl treatment reduces cytotoxicity of cisplatin.
