Abstract
⺠We examine the anti-proliferative activity of seven triazolopyrimidine Ni(II) complexes. ⺠The in vitro growth rate of Leishmania spp. was reduced. ⺠Its capacity to infect cells was negatively affected. ⺠The multiplication of the amastigotes was decreased. ⺠Potential action mechanisms are at the level of the membranes of the organelles.
