Abstract
A series of bis{[2-(4,5-diphenylimidazolyl)phenylimino]phenolate}cobalt(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized. The catalytic systems with EASC {[NNO-]2Co/EASC} are highly active and cis-1,4 specific for the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene.
