Abstract
Direct cyclopalladation of l-fenchone oxime and its O-methyl derivative with Pd(OAc)2 in acetic acid at 80 °C followed by treatment with LiCl afforded two new dimeric complexes. Their reactions with PPh3 provided the corresponding mononuclear derivatives. Structures of the new palladacycles were proven by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallographic studies.
