Abstract
The synthesis and several solid-state structures of new palladacycles with bidentate [C,N], and terdentate [C,N,N] and [C,N,O] Schiff bases and carbene ligands are reported. The NHCs react with the tetranuclear [C,N,O] complexes to give palladacycle units with retention of the palladium-nitrogen and palladium-oxygen bonds.
