Abstract
Ferrocenyl diphosphines incorporating phosphorus atoms substituted with nitrogen-containing heterocycles of pyrrole, imidazole and benzazaphosphole type were synthesized and characterized. Their coordination to palladium and platinum group 10 transition metals was exemplified, and the performances obtained in palladium-catalyzed terminal alkynes arylation and Suzuki cross-coupling reactions using bromoarenes and chloroarenes are reported.
