Abstract
MnO/C nanosheet composites can be prepared by heating NaCl@Mn(Oleate)2 particles at 600â¯Â°C with a heating rate of 10â¯Â°Câ¯minâ1 under Ar atmosphere for 3â¯h, and MnO nanocubes with a mean size of 34â¯nm are embedded uniformly and self-assembled on the surface of carbon nanosheets. MnO/C nanosheet composite electrodes display a high reversible capacity of 783â¯mAhâ¯gâ1 in the second cycle at a current density of 0.1â¯Aâ¯gâ1, good cycling stability with a capacity retention of 71.7% and rate performance as lithium ion battery anodes.244
