Abstract
- Mg2.2Si1âySnyâ0.013Sb0.013 was prepared by B2O3 "flux" method followed by hot-pressing.
- Band convergence leads to enhanced mâ and improved materials parameter β.
- ZTmax of ~1.1 at ~760Â K was achieved for the Mg2.2Si0.3Sn0.7â0.013Sb0.013 sample.
