Abstract
⺠New (10,3)-d net was obtained with pyrazine-2-carboxylate ligands as a triangular node. ⺠The complex 1 has a 1D channel filled with methanol molecules as guests. ⺠1 could undergo SCSC structural transition to 2 after guests exchanged. ⺠Antiferromagnetic interactions were found in 1 and 2.
