Abstract
⺠Coligand synthetic strategy was applied to obtain new MOFs with useful properties. ⺠Two new Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes were constructed from the mixed-ligand. ⺠Topologically, compound 2 presented an unprecedented (4, 4, 10)-connected trinodal topology. ⺠The two compounds may be excellent candidates for potential photoactive material.
