Abstract
⺠Y1âxGdxFeO3 (0â¤xâ¤1) ceramics were synthesized by solid state reaction method. ⺠Y1âxGdxFeO3 (0â¤xâ¤1) samples are ferromagnetic ordering at room temperature. ⺠Results of 57Fe Mössbauer spectra are typical for Fe3+ high spin state. ⺠Substitution of Y3+ ions by Gd3+ ions enhances the magnetization of YFeO3 obviously.
