Abstract
⺠We explore thermoelectric and transport properties of Ga1+xGe1âxTe and GaGeTe1ây. ⺠GaGeTe is p-type degenerate semiconductor; the hole concentration increase with x and y. ⺠Maximum power factor ÏS2=3.6Ã10â4 Wmâ1 Kâ2 at 475 K.
