Abstract
⺠A structural study of Ce-Gd mixed oxides has been performed. ⺠In (Ce1âxGdx)O2âx/2 a solid solution forms for 0â¤xâ¤0.3. ⺠For x>0.3 a gradual transition from the C to the F structure is observed. ⺠Lattice parameters do not follow Vegard's law.
