Abstract
⺠Iron doped ZnO was successfully synthesized by a combustion method. ⺠The Fe3+ tetrahedral coordination was deduced from Mössbauer results. ⺠The wurtzite structure was maintained after partial reduction of Fe3+ to Fe2+.
