Abstract
⺠Trissolcus species are the most promising biological control agents against sunn pest. ⺠In this study molecular phylogeny of Trissolcus species has been presented. ⺠Five genes including 18S, 28S, ITS1, ITS2, cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 were analyzed. ⺠The most appropriate gene was determined in order to identify Trissolcus species. ⺠RFLP analyses of COI gene have been generated to separate closely related species.
