Abstract
⺠Four triterpenoids and nine flavonoids were isolated from Cecropia schreberiana. ⺠Oleanane triterpenoid and flavanolignans are reported first time from the Urticaceae. ⺠The study supports the common occurrence of flavanolignans within Magnoliopsida.
