Abstract
► The polymorphism in the wild strains was distinctly higher than those in cultivated strains. ► The greatest genetic difference was found between wild and cultivated strains. ► All strains from Tibet had a further relationship with those from faraway regions. ► The first most informative coordinate accounted for 75.88% of the variations. ► The genetic diversity of Auricularia auricula-judae strains was not correlated to their geographic origins.
