Abstract
⺠Genetic diversity and marker-trait association using hordeins and SSRs under drought stress condition. ⺠Five drought tolerance indices were calculated in 64 barley genotypes. ⺠Indices able to identify high-yielding, drought-tolerant genotypes under both environmental conditions. ⺠SSRs and hordeins analysis provided us useful information on the level of polymorphism and diversity. ⺠Phenotypic traits strongly associated with SSRs and hordeins.
