Abstract
⺠Biflavonoids in the Wollemi Pine were detected for the first time. ⺠We have found agathisflavone, cupressuflavone and amentoflavone methyl ethers. ⺠Fast HPLC system for separation of all mentioned biflavones was developed. âºÂ Wollemia is similar to other Araucariaceae members considering biflavonoid pattern.
