Abstract
► Biflavonoids in the Wollemi Pine were detected for the first time. ► We have found agathisflavone, cupressuflavone and amentoflavone methyl ethers. ► Fast HPLC system for separation of all mentioned biflavones was developed. ► Wollemia is similar to other Araucariaceae members considering biflavonoid pattern.
