Abstract
⺠Eleven tetranucleotide microsatellite loci were developed from S. c. chengi and showed highly polymorphism. ⺠The genetic diversity of S. c. baoxingensis was analyzed using eight microsatellite loci. ⺠The genetic diversity based on microsatellite loci was differed from the studies based on mtDNA for S. c. baoxingensi. ⺠The result showed combined analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA was required for the study of genetic diversity.
