Abstract
⺠240 samples of mussel distributed in 8 populations were collected from China's coast. ⺠The genetic structure of 8 populations of mussel was investigated by ISSR. ⺠The data suggested that significant differentiation occurred among the populations. ⺠The populations can be divided into two subgroups: Fuzhou population and the others.
