Abstract
⺠ISSR and SSR are both reliable and have good performance in the genetic analysis of Cynodon dactylon. ⺠55 C. dactylon (bermudagrass) accessions and cultivars of showed a high level of genetic diversity. ⺠55 C. dactylon accessions and cultivars could be clustered into three groups by means of ISSR and SSR methods.
