Abstract
⺠SRAP is useful for estimation of genetic diversity of Lycium ruthenicum. ⺠Thirty-one selected SRAP primer combinations produced 85.04% genetic polymorphism. ⺠A relatively high level of genetic diversity of L. ruthenicum was detected. ⺠Results have important implications in conservation of this endangered plant.
