Abstract
⺠ISSR and SRAP are both reliable and have good performance in the genetic analysis of Prunella vulgaris. ⺠P. vulgaris populations showed a high level of genetic diversity. ⺠Twenty-six Chinese P. vulgaris populations could be clustered into three groups. ⺠The result showed the similar genetic variation within and among populations.
