Abstract
⺠Volatiles of different organs of five trees of Copaifera langsdorffii were studied. ⺠Sesquiterpenoids were the prominent compounds. ⺠Hierarchical Chemical Analysis distinguished two main group types of the oils. ⺠High intra-population variability in the chemical composition was observed. ⺠Coumarin was encountered only in the seeds of C. langsdorffii.
