Abstract
⺠We investigate genetic diversity of Fagopyrum tataricum using SSR markers. ⺠Genetic diversity among the population was higher than that within population. ⺠Diversity analysis also provided the altitudinal variation among the population. ⺠We show a significant genetic differentiation with AMOVA. ⺠We find correlation between altitude, Shannon index, polymorphism and gene diversity.
