Abstract
⺠Assessed adaptive variation at NBS loci among Zingiber taxa. ⺠SSCP analysis found to be more suitable than RFLP in discriminating Zingiber spp. ⺠No polymorphism detected at NBS loci in ginger cultivars compared to wild taxa. âºÂ Genomic resources identified for R-gene isolation from resistant wild taxa.
