Abstract
⺠Seven ISSR primers generated 72 amplified fragments, most of which were polymorphic. ⺠The dendrogram revealed six groups which first cluster was composed of the Achillea millefolium subsps. elbursensis, this subsps. is endemic to Northern Iran. ⺠The low relationship observed between morphological and molecular markers (r = â0.28, p = 0.019). ⺠The results of the clustering analysis corresponded closely with the geographical origins of the genotypes. ⺠The analysis of variance showed that all of the measured traits have variation among these plants.
