Abstract
⺠High genetic diversity of C. carpio var.color was revealed by ISSR marker. ⺠Genetic diversity reduction was observed with the increase of selected generations. ⺠AMOVA revealed higher level of genetic variation within four populations. ⺠Genetic differentiation among C. carpio var.color attributed to artificial selection.
