Abstract
⺠No test for linkage disequilibrium was found statistically significant for any pair of loci. ⺠Null alleles were found at loci Lro25* (Ganga) Lr28*, Lr29* and R3* (Ghaghra). ⺠Fst was found to be 3.5% based on analysis of nine polymorphic microsatellite loci. ⺠AMOVA presented 98.77% variability within populations from same geographical location.
