Abstract
⺠Five pseudoguaninolide sesquiterpenes were isolated from Ambrosia maritima. ⺠The isolated compounds revealed strong herbicidal activity against Avena fatua. ⺠Damsin and ambrosin caused the highest inhibitory effect on growth parameters.
