Abstract
⺠We assayed the population genetics of the medicinal herb Polygala tenuifolia. ⺠Genetic diversity was low at the population level, but higher at the species level. ⺠Pronounced genetic differentiation occurred among populations. âºÂ In situ conservation was proposed to protect this threatened herb.
