Abstract
⺠Genetic diversity of Chrysanthemum indicum populations was assessed by chemical and molecular markers. ⺠There was a high genetic differentiation among populations (GST 0.421 and 0.436). ⺠Clustering based on chemical compounds was inconsistent with molecular analysis. ⺠An appropriate strategy for conserving the C. indicum germplasm was proposed.
