Abstract
⺠Effect of temperature on growth of Microcystis aeruginosa depended on light intensity. ⺠There was significant interaction on growth among temperature, light, and nitrogen. ⺠Light and nitrogen had significant impact on polysaccharide of M. aeruginosa. ⺠A significant interaction on polysaccharide between light and nitrogen occurred.
