Abstract
⺠Flavonoids in the leaves of 21 taxa of Japanese Chrysanthemum were surveyed. ⺠Nine internal flavonoids and twelve external flavonoids were identified. ⺠Their taxa were divided into three chemotypes by internal flavonoid characters. ⺠The chemotypes almost agreed with the system based on morphological, cytological and geographical characters.
