Abstract
⺠Population number declining and habitat shrinking in Ypsilandra thibetica were steadily continuous during the last two decades. ⺠Twelve SSR marks were developed to determine the genetic diversity and genetic structure. ⺠The results suggested that the environment factors might restrict gene flow among populations. ⺠Ypsilandra thibetica should be a high priority for conservation managers.
