Abstract
⺠We investigated the role of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) on Neobenedenia girellae. ⺠Neuronal and Endothelial isoforms of NOS are more expressed near the haptor. ⺠N. girellae is recognized as one of the most important pathogen of fish. ⺠The results are important for the development drugs to fight N. girellae.
