Abstract
⺠Bulgarian endemic Anthemis rumelica has been phytochemically investigated. ⺠Four sesquiterpene lactones were isolated, of which two are new natural compounds. ⺠Two flavonoids - centaureidin and santin were also identified. ⺠β-Sitosterol, its glucoside, α- and β-amyrin and taraxerol were detected too. ⺠Chemotaxonomic significance based on sesquiterpene lactones was discussed.
