Abstract
⺠Bark of Annona salzmannii yielded sesquiterpenes, steroids, and isoquinoline alkaloids. ⺠Isoquinoline alkaloids are the chemotaxonomic marker of the genus Annona. ⺠The NMR data for reticuline (12) were revised. ⺠Selin-11-en-4α-ol (3) is reported for the first time in the genus Annona.
