Abstract
⺠RNase modifications induced by p-benzoquinone (pBQ) are presented and discussed. ⺠SDS-PAGE and confocal microscopic results show the aggregation of RNase. ⺠pBQ induces adduct formation, oligomerization and polymeric aggregation of RNase. ⺠RNase modification is accompanied by weaker fluorescence and higher anisotropy.
