- Acid hydrolysis reduced cellulose viscosity average molecular weight (MÅ).
- The aqueous LiOH/urea solvent system used possesses better solubility compared to aqueous NaOH/urea solvent system.
- Regenerated membrane was produced from kenaf core cellulose pulp.
- The solubility of cellulose solution produced was enhanced through acid hydrolysis process.
