Abstract
⺠Zymosan was hydrolysed and fractionated to obtain water-soluble fragments A, B and C. ⺠These fractions are composed primarily of β-1,3-glucans. ⺠And have molecular weights of 8 kDa, 5 kDa and 2 kDa, respectively. ⺠And fragment A (molecular weight is 8 K) has the significant activity.
