Abstract
⺠Homogenous solution was prepared by mixing hydrophilic polymer and hydrophobic polyester. ⺠Core-shell structure nanofibers were prepared by single nozzle electrospinning. ⺠A simple method was used to remove SDS which modified CS on the surface of nanofibers, then CS in shell layer was revealed. ⺠Cell culture and adhesion showed good biocompatibility of these nanofibrous membranes.
