Abstract
⺠N-chitosan-g-(PEO-PLLA-PEO) graft copolymer was synthesized. ⺠“Click” and “SET-NRC” reactions were used to modify chitosan. ⺠The efficiencies of coupling reactions were greater than 90%. ⺠Graft ratio was 43% determined by the structure of 6-azide-N-phthaloyl-chitosan.
