Abstract
⺠Rheological properties of spray dried starch nanoparticle suspensions were affected. ⺠NaCl was found to reduce viscosity of suspension containing starch nanoparticle. ⺠NaCl was found to restrain the gelling of suspension containing starch nanoparticle. ⺠NaCl was found to reduce the storage and loss moduli during frequency sweep. ⺠Addition of small amount of NaCl was found to lead to high creep-recovery.
