Abstract
⺠Starch/polyvinyl alcohol blend films were prepared by the solution casting method. ⺠The effects of gelatinization on the properties of the films were investigated. ⺠The effects of additives on the properties of the films were investigated. ⺠A conceptual model of hydrogen bonding interactions was established.
