Abstract
⺠Polyester vascular graft was modified with a cyclodextrin polymer (βCD, HPβCD, MeβCD). ⺠The inclusion of ciprofloxacin in the three cyclodextrins was proved by NMR. ⺠The drug loading and drug release depends on the kind of chose cyclodextrin. ⺠The antibacterial activity is prolonged at least 24 h on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
