Abstract
⺠Myrmecia biatorellae produces a (1 â 2) and (1 â 6)-linked rhamnogalactofuranan. ⺠The structure of this rhamnogalactofuranan is new among natural polysaccharides. ⺠In a preliminary study, it increased the lethality of mice with sepsis induced by CLP.
